The reason why traditional Chinese medicine has survived for thousands of years and still plays an irreplaceable role in medical care and health care, and is in a leading position in the field of traditional medicine in the world, is determined by the scientific nature and advantages of its own theory.

The overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine believes that the life activities of the human body are a dynamic relative balance process maintained by the interaction of multiple factors under the influence of the internal and external environment. Health is a state in which the yin and yang of the human body are relatively balanced. If the balance is disturbed, it will lead to organic and functional diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine does not mechanically view the "disease" of a person in isolation, but regards the "patient" as a whole and the "disease" as the imbalanced state of the human body under the influence of certain internal and external factors for a certain period of time. In terms of treatment, Chinese medicine achieves the purpose of treating diseases by adjusting the functional state of the body.

Therefore, for various common chronic pain diseases, Chinese medicine uses acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, scraping, cupping and other methods to dredge the meridians, which can quickly help the human body reach a balanced state and effectively eliminate pain.

Acupuncture therapy: Acupuncture therapy is one of the traditional Chinese treatment methods. It uses fine needles as tools to acupuncture specific acupoints on the human meridians to regulate qi and blood, adjust meridians, harmonize internal organs, and treat human diseases.

Moxibustion therapy: Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese natural therapy. It means burning moxa and then selecting corresponding acupuncture points to fumigate the skin. With the help of the gentle power of moxibustion, it can warm the meridians and dispel cold, strengthen the body's qi and blood circulation, and achieve the purpose of treatment.

艾灸

Tui Na: It is based on the theory of viscera and meridians in traditional Chinese medicine and uses manipulation techniques on specific parts of the human body surface to regulate the body's physiological and pathological conditions and achieve the purpose of treatment and rehabilitation.

Gua Sha: Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese natural therapy based on traditional Chinese medicine theory. It uses tools such as ox horn, ceramics, and metals to scrape the relevant parts of the skin. It dilates capillaries and promotes blood circulation, so as to achieve the purpose of unblocking meridians and eliminating symptoms.

刮痧

Cupping: Cupping is also known as "suction cup therapy". It is a method that uses cups as tools, and uses methods such as burning and suction to create negative pressure inside the cups, so that the cups are adsorbed on the body surface or acupoints, causing local skin congestion or even blood stasis, so as to regulate body functions and achieve the purpose of preventing and treating diseases.
