Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Services

The reason why traditional Chinese medicine has endured for thousands of years without declining, continues to play an irreplaceable role in healthcare today, and holds a leading position in the field of traditional medicine worldwide is determined by the scientific nature and advantages of its own theories.

According to the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine, the life activities of the human body are maintained as a dynamic and relatively balanced process through the interaction of multiple factors under the influence of both internal and external environments. Health is a state where the yin and yang of the human body maintain a relative balance. When this balance is disrupted, it leads to both organic and functional disease states. Traditional Chinese medicine does not mechanically or isolatedly view a person's "illness," but rather sees the "patient" as a whole, considering the "illness" as a state of imbalance in the human body at a certain time under the influence of specific internal and external factors. In treatment, traditional Chinese medicine aims to cure diseases by adjusting the functional state of the body.

Therefore, for various common chronic pain-related diseases, traditional Chinese medicine employs methods such as acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina (Chinese massage), scraping (Gua Sha), and cupping to unblock meridians, quickly helping the body achieve a balanced state and effectively eliminating pain.

Acupuncture Therapy: Acupuncture therapy is one of the traditional treatment methods in China. It uses fine needles as tools to stimulate specific acupoints on the human body's meridians, achieving the effects of regulating qi and blood, adjusting meridians, harmonizing organs, and treating human diseases.

Moxibustion Therapy: Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese natural therapy that involves igniting mugwort and applying it to specific acupoints on the skin. By harnessing the gentle heat of moxibustion, it warms the meridians, dispels cold, enhances the circulation of qi and blood in the body, and achieves therapeutic purposes.

艾灸

Tuina (Chinese Massage): Based on the theoretical foundations of traditional Chinese medicine's zang-fu (organ) and meridian theories, tuina employs various techniques to manipulate specific areas on the body's surface, thereby regulating the physiological and pathological conditions of the body and achieving therapeutic and rehabilitative purposes.

推拿

Gua Sha: Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese natural therapy grounded in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using tools such as buffalo horn, ceramics, or metal to scrape specific areas of the skin. By dilating capillaries and promoting blood circulation, Gua Sha aims to unblock meridians and eliminate ailments.

刮痧

Cupping Therapy: Also known as "suction cup therapy," cupping is a method that uses cups as tools to create a negative pressure inside the cup through methods such as burning or suction. This causes the cup to adhere to the skin's surface or acupuncture points, resulting in local skin congestion or even bruising. By regulating bodily functions, cupping therapy aims to prevent and treat diseases.
