Deputy Chief Physician, Associate Professor, M.D.

He is the deputy director of the Institute of Geriatric Medicine with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine at Fudan University, an academic heir to renowned traditional Chinese medicine experts nationwide, a visiting scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and holds positions such as council member of the Shanghai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Association, vice chairman of the Youth Work Committee of the Shanghai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Association, executive committee member of the Endocrinology and Metabolism Professional Committee, executive committee member of the Deficiency Syndrome and Geriatric Diseases Professional Committee, committee member of the Nephrology Professional Committee of the same association, committee member of the Youth Work Committee of the China Association of Integrative Medicine, committee member of the Deficiency Syndrome and Geriatric Diseases Professional Committee of the China Association of Integrative Medicine, and council member of the Metabolic Diseases Professional Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, among others.

To date, he has published over 90 professional papers (including 8 SCI-indexed papers); presided over and participated in 18 national, provincial, and municipal research projects, with 12 projects having passed appraisal; edited 3 medical monographs and co-edited 10 medical monographs; and has received awards such as the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the China Association of Integrative Medicine in 2009, the Excellent Young Talent Award in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai in 2011, the Excellent Young Contribution Award in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in China in 2011, the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Shanghai in 2013, and the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the China Association of Integrative Medicine in 2013.
